Mediplant is a research and development centre devoted to plants used for food, cosmetic, nutritional and medicinal purposes. Its services cover two complementary areas of activity: firstly, securing a supply of high-quality plants (cultivating new species, optimising cultivation techniques, etc.); and secondly, optimisation of extraction processes and the phytochemical characterisation of the extracts obtained. The services offered cover a range of stages, from experimental laboratory work to small-scale production. There is a particular focus on plants from the alpine region.
